Job Description
- Codes and reviews documents related to operations.
- Ensures continuous updates of technical specifications for packaging materials.
- Monitors and inspects all packaging materials to ensure quality compliance.
- Collaborates with various departments to verify effective implementation of the quality system.
- Attends and participates in external audits to ensure compliance with international and customer-specific specifications.
- Implements and reviews the company's food safety system according to relevant standards and regulations.
- Conducts internal audits according to ISO or GMP standards and ensures compliance.
- Manages customer complaints and prepares corrective actions in coordination with relevant departments.
- Participates in continuous improvement and development projects to ensure innovation and progress.
- Establishes and implements the 5S system across all departments to enhance performance and organization.
- Trains employees on quality and food safety procedures and participates in development and continuous improvement programs.
- Maintains records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and related documentation.
- Performs the duties of the Quality Assurance Department Head in their absence.
- Performs the duties of the Pest Control Engineer in their absence.
- Implements and reviews the quality and food safety systems for tea and flour products according to specified standards.
- Performs any other duties assigned by the direct supervisor within the scope of work.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Training in ISO standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 45001 / ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000).
- Lead Auditor Course.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in Quality Assurance management.
- Experience in food or industrial production environment preferred.
- Fully aware of quality systems, food safety standards, and continuous improvement practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Very good English.
