Job Description
Quality Assurance and Inspection: Conduct regular inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure adherence to Quality standards (Quality Day to Day work).
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, Quality & company standards, and customer requirements by Applying the related procedures, instructions, processes, checklists & registers.
The ability to consistently identify, Follow & Document the Non-conformities across inspections and recommend corrective actions.
Experience in Integrated Quality Management System (IQMS) regarding to ISO’s (9001, 14001,45001).
Process Improvement and Compliance: Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Follow both the company’s policies and guidelines.
Deal with the global voestalpine Quality team if needed.
Develop and implement procedures, instructions, processes, checklists & registers which warranty the Quality Assurance during the workflow.
Train other Team members on all inspection processes.
Following up with the appropriate channels when non-conformities found.
Qualifications and Education Requirements Technical University Degree ideally specialized in Quality Control, Engineering or similar. MIN. 1 years of experience in Quality Control appreciated.
Fluent in English Experience in Documentation and reporting methods regarding to product quality level.
Experience in Develop workflow for product inspection.
Experience in closely follow quality standards.
Experience in Developing plans to help company manage waste.
Experience in using different problems solving templates.
Experience in the proper appropriate channels when mistakes (non-conformities) found.Preferred Skills Reliable and responsible with excellent negotiation, Communication, and presentation skills. capability to work in intercultural environment.
Ability to understand and solve conflicts.
Ability to well understanding designs/Drawing.
Ability to well understanding for different standards (DIN / ISO’s).
Excellent teamwork skills within the company team. A keen eye for detail.
Computer literacy.
Database management.
Decision-making skills.
Aware by 5S principles.
