Job Description

  • Develop and maintain theQuality Management System (QMS)across FM operations.
  • Conduct regularquality audits, site inspections, and technical inspections.
  • Monitor quality ofMEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS services.
  • Ensure compliance withSOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and client requirements.
  • ManageNCRs, CAPA, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
  • Investigate client complaints and recurring service failures.
  • Lead continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
  • Train and develop Quality Engineers/Officers and operational teams.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Client Management teams.
  • Support internal and externalISO audits.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering – Mandatory.
  • 8–12 years of relevant experiencein Quality, Facility Management, MEP, maintenance, or engineering operations.
  • PreviousFacility Management experience is highly preferred.
  • ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification – preferred/mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, NCR, CAPA, RCA, SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong technical understanding ofMEP and facility maintenance operations.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
  • Good command ofEnglishand Microsoft Office.
  • Quality audit compliance.
