- Develop and maintain theQuality Management System (QMS)across FM operations.
- Conduct regularquality audits, site inspections, and technical inspections.
- Monitor quality ofMEP, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, firefighting, and BMS services.
- Ensure compliance withSOPs, SLAs, KPIs, and client requirements.
- ManageNCRs, CAPA, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
- Monitor quality KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
- Investigate client complaints and recurring service failures.
- Lead continuous improvement and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Train and develop Quality Engineers/Officers and operational teams.
- Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and Client Management teams.
- Support internal and externalISO audits.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering – Mandatory.
- 8–12 years of relevant experiencein Quality, Facility Management, MEP, maintenance, or engineering operations.
- PreviousFacility Management experience is highly preferred.
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor/Internal Auditor certification – preferred/mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of QMS, audits, NCR, CAPA, RCA, SOPs, KPIs, and continuous improvement.
- Strong technical understanding ofMEP and facility maintenance operations.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Good command ofEnglishand Microsoft Office.
