Job Description
- Havana Travel is hiring a Religious Tourism Operations Specialist to join our team.
- Responsibilities:

- Manage Hajj and Umrah bookings and operations.
•
- Handle hotel reservations, transportation and travel arrangements.
•
- Follow up on visa procedures and required documents.
•
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels and service providers.
•
- Manage and follow up on group bookings and travelers.
•
- Use Amadeus and other relevant tourism systems.
•
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve operational issues.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Requirements:
•
- 2–5 years of experience in religious tourism, Hajj & Umrah operations or travel agencies.
•
- Good knowledge of Hajj & Umrah procedures and operations.
•
- Experience with Amadeus and flight bookings.
•
- Good communication and organizational skills.
•
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
•
- Good command of English is preferred.
