- we are Hiring
- Reservation Agent (flights & Hotels )
- Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, re-issuance, cancellations, refunds, and ticket modifications.
- Provide customers with accurate information regarding flight schedules, fares, availability, baggage allowances, and applicable travel policies.
- Process reservations through GDS systems such asAmadeus, Sabre, or Galileo, as applicable.
- Prepare and issue electronic tickets and related travel documents accurately.
- Hotel booking portals.
