Sales Executive - Retail

Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within assigned territories to achieve individual and team targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Conduct outbound calls, meetings, and presentations to introduce DHL Express Egypt’s services and solutions.

Assist in preparing and delivering sales proposals, quotations, and contracts tailored to client needs.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new customers.Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM systems.Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.Participate in sales training sessions and workshops to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.Provide timely feedback and reports to management regarding sales performance and market insights.Support the execution of promotional campaigns and events to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.0-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or a customer-facing role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
