Job Description
- Welcome and assist customers in the shop in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, prices, offers, and promotions clearly.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the shop’s overall sales performance.
- Maintain good product presentation and ensure shelves and displays are well organized.
- Monitor product availability and inform the supervisor of low-stock items.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Support daily shop operations and maintain a clean and organized sales area.
- Follow company sales policies and procedures.
- Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and offers
Requirements & Qualifications
- University degree or currently pursuing a university degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and persuasion skills.
- Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good command of Arabic;
English is a plus.
