Welcome and assist customers in the shop in a friendly and professional manner.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend suitable products.
Explain product features, prices, offers, and promotions clearly.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the shop’s overall sales performance.
Maintain good product presentation and ensure shelves and displays are well organized.
Monitor product availability and inform the supervisor of low-stock items.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
Support daily shop operations and maintain a clean and organized sales area.
Follow company sales policies and procedures.
Build positive relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Stay updated on new products, promotions, and offers

المتطلبات والشروط

University degree or currently pursuing a university degree is preferred.
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good presentation and persuasion skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive attitude.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Good command of Arabic;

English is a plus.

Basic computer skills.
