Job Description
A leading manufacturing company based in10th of Ramadan Cityis seeking an experiencedSenior Payroll Specialistto join its HR team.
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including salaries, overtime, incentives, deductions, adjustments, and final settlements.
- Review and validate attendance records, payroll inputs, and calculations before submitting payroll for approval.
- Calculate and verify payroll income tax, Social Insurance contributions, and other applicable deductions.
- Ensure payroll processing complies with applicable regulations and company policies.
- Prepare payroll reconciliations, monthly reports, and payroll cost and variance analyses.
- Prepare salary bank transfer files and coordinate with Finance to ensure timely salary payments.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll inquiries.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance to verify employee changes affecting payroll.
- Support payroll team members, review assigned tasks, and follow up on deadlines.
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and well-organized payroll records.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll processing, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, and IF functions.
- Hands-on experience with payroll and HR systems; experience withRight Soft HRMISis preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, payroll income tax, and Social Insurance regulations.
- Experience reviewing attendance, shifts, overtime, and leave records.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to guide payroll team members and review their work when required.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines and handle confidential information professionally.
