Job Description

  • Monitor, evaluate, and track the performance of sales teams against targets and KPIs
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop performance reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Identify sales needs and recommend strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure alignment with sales activities and market demand
  • Track market movements, competitor activities, and trader behavior
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market needs
  • Support Sales Management in identifying growth opportunities and areas for development
  • Ensure accuracy of all customer accounts and data within the system
  • Coordinate sales operations and internal follow-ups with different departments and factory teams
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of data and adherence to company policies and procedures
  • Prepare and present regular performance and analytical reports

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Operations, preferably in wholesale, gold, or diamond industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of data analysis capability
  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and support strategic decision-making
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and market dynamics
  • Experience in the gold, diamond, fashion, or luxury wholesale sector is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and market analysis is a plus
