Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary contact for vendors, addressing their needs, and resolving issues to ensure smooth and effective partnerships.
- Manage daily brand relationships to ensure smooth communication and operations.
- Coordinate onboarding of new brands and ensure alignment with company standards.
- Monitor vendor performance through regular reviews and KPIs, addressing any issues proactively.
- Collaborate with inventory, merchandising, and marketing teams to optimize product assortment and availability.
- Support contract management and negotiation processes.
- Maintain accurate records of vendor agreements, product details, and pricing.
- Assist in identifying new vendor opportunities in line with market trends and company goals
- Facilitate timely resolution of vendor-related challenges or discrepancies.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education bachelor’s degree in business, or related field.
Experience 1-2 years' experience in vendor management, procurement, or related store roles.
