Senior Specialist [Trade Marketing]
Job Description
· Support new store openings from planning to launch to ensure operational readiness.
· Manage store planograms, branding, signage, displays, promotional materials, and visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
· Ensure all stores comply with Etisal ERC branding and visual merchandising guidelines.
· Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, and brand partners to deliver store requirements and marketing activities on time.
· Conduct regular store visits to monitor store appearance, marketing materials, and compliance with merchandising standards.
· Manage Shop-in-Shop areas, brand displays, demo zones, and brand assets to maximize brand visibility and customer experience.
· Maintain and monitor brand asset records to ensure accurate tracking, maintenance, and replacement.
· Analyze brand sales performance and follow up on promoters' targets to identify opportunities for business improvement.
· Monitor promoters' attendance, shifts, store coverage, appearance, and compliance to ensure effective in-store execution.
· Coordinate the production, installation, maintenance, replacement, and removal of brand displays to support ongoing marketing initiatives.
Requirements & Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
· 5–7 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing or visual merchandising.
· Experience in consumer electronics, telecom or mobile retail is preferred.
· Good communication, follow-up, reporting and project management skills.
· Good knowledge of store displays, POSM, asset management, sales tracking and promoter management.
· Good working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
· Available for regular store visits and on-site follow-up.
