- About the role
- We are looking for an experienced social media professional male to manage the day-to-day presence of Arabiotica, a Saudi health, beauty, and wellness brand.
The right candidate can plan content, write for a Saudi audience, produce engaging short videos using AI tools, and manage customer interactions professionally.
- This is a hands-on role.
You will take content from idea and script through production, approval, publishing, and performance review.
- Key responsibilities
- Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with Arabiotica’s products, promotions, and business goals.
- Create Arabic captions, posts, stories, and short-form videos for relevant social media platforms.
- Produce and edit Reels and other short videos using AI video tools alongside software such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Schedule and publish approved content consistently.
- Monitor comments and direct messages during agreed working hours, respond using approved guidance, and escalate product or customer-service questions when needed.
- Adapt content to the language, interests, and buying behavior of consumers in Saudi Arabia.
- Work with the Fast Track team on campaign concepts, offers, and creative assets.
- Track reach, engagement, inquiries, and content performance; provide a concise weekly report with recommendations.
- Check product information carefully and submit health-related claims for approval before publication.

- At least 3 years of practical experience managing brand social media accounts.
- A portfolio showing accounts you have managed and short videos you personally created.
- Strong Arabic copywriting skills and a clear understanding of Saudi social media culture.
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools in video creation, supported by finished work.
- Strong video editing, storytelling, and visual judgment.
- Ability to manage a content calendar, meet deadlines, and handle daily community management.
- Good working English for briefs, tools, and team communication.
- Experience with wellness, beauty, supplements, e-commerce, or consumer health brands is an advantage.
