Job Description
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, operational, and corporate positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct search.
- Coordinate technical interviews and communicate effectively with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
- Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Strengthen the company's employer brand through recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and social media initiatives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare periodic hiring reports.
- Support HR projects related to talent management and organizational growth as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
- 3–5 years of experiencein talent acquisition or recruitment
- Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience using ATS/HR systems and recruitment platforms
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
- HR certifications are considered an advantage
