Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical, operational, and corporate positions.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and define recruitment strategies.
Source candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and direct search.
Coordinate technical interviews and communicate effectively with hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Negotiate job offers and manage the onboarding process for selected candidates.
Track recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and offer acceptance rate.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
Strengthen the company's employer brand through recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and social media initiatives.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare periodic hiring reports.
Support HR projects related to talent management and organizational growth as assigned.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration
3–5 years of experiencein talent acquisition or recruitment
Experience recruiting across multiple functions and organizational levels
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities
Experience using ATS/HR systems and recruitment platforms
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Very good command of English, both written and spoken
Experience in FMCG, Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, or Industrial sectors.
Knowledge of competency-based interviewing techniques.
HR certifications are considered an advantage
