About MEISMiddle East Industrial Solutions (MEIS) is the certified Schaeffler (FAG & INA) partner and authorized THK distributor in Egypt.

Since 2021, we have supplied rolling bearings and linear motion systems to cement, steel, and food producers nationwide, backed by Schaeffler’s engineering and our own technical team.

We are building Egypt’s industrial solutions hub, and this role is part of that growth.

Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Sales Engineer with a strong technical background in bearings, power transmission, and industrial machinery maintenance.

You will combine solid technical knowledge with a passion for sales, helping industrial clients find the right engineering solutions for their needs.

The RoleYou will own a territory of industrial accounts.

Most of your week will be spent in plants with maintenance and procurement engineers, turning their machinery problems into the right FAG/INA or THK specification and carrying each deal from enquiry to delivery.

Credibility here comes from knowing the product, not from the pitch.

What You’ll Do– Manage and grow a defined territory of factories and industrial facilities.– Identify bearing and linear-motion requirements on customer machinery and specify the correct solution, including alternatives where needed.– Prepare quotations, negotiate within agreed limits, and follow every order through to delivery.– Provide first-line technical support after the sale and coordinate with Schaeffler/THK engineering on complex cases.– Keep pipeline and customer records up to date, and report progress against monthly targets.
