Job Description
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company’s products/services.
- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on their requirements.
- Present product/service features, benefits, and offers in a clear and professional manner.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
- Follow up on sales opportunities and ensure timely closure.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum5 years of proven experiencein Telesales or a related Sales position.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Must be aresident of Alexandria.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
- Professional attitude, commitment, and strong interpersonal skills
