Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote the company’s products/services.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions based on their requirements.
Present product/service features, benefits, and offers in a clear and professional manner.
Follow up with leads and prospective customers to maximize conversion opportunities.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally and effectively.
Follow up on sales opportunities and ensure timely closure.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities and performance.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

المتطلبات والشروط

Minimum5 years of proven experiencein Telesales or a related Sales position.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Must be aresident of Alexandria.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Strong customer-handling and relationship-building abilities.
Target-oriented with a proven ability to achieve sales objectives.
Professional attitude, commitment, and strong interpersonal skills
