Job Description
- To communicate with existing and potential customers via telephone to promote the company's products or services, achieve sales targets, and build positive customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Clearly and professionally present products and services.
- Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries.
- Persuade customers and close sales to achieve assigned targets.
- Update customer information and record call outcomes in the system.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers.
- Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance and call activities.
- Comply with company policies and quality standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 1-Previous experience in E-commerce or Real estate is required.
- 2-Previous sales experience is preferred.
- 3-Strong communication and presentation skills.
- 4-English proficiency (B1 level or above).
- 5-Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
- 6-Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset.
