Telesales Agent

• To communicate with existing and potential customers via telephone to promote the company's products or services, achieve sales targets, and build positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Clearly and professionally present products and services.
• Follow up with customers and respond to inquiries.

• Update customer information and record call outcomes in the system.
• Follow up on leads and convert them into active customers.
• Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales performance and call activities.
