Job Description
- Welcome customers and understand their tire and battery requirements
- Recommend the appropriate tires and batteries based on the customer’s vehicle and needs
- Explain product specifications, prices, warranties, and benefits
- Sell tires, batteries, and related automotive products
- Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
- Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships
- Prepare quotations and sales invoices
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
- Maintain accurate sales and customer records
- Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the shop team
- Help maintain an organized and professional showroom
- Stay updated on tire and battery products, sizes, specifications, and brands
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote additional products or services
- Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the sales process
Requirements & Qualifications
- Previous sales or retail experience is preferred
- Experience in a tires, batteries, automotive, or spare parts business is an advantage
- Good knowledge of different tire sizes and battery types is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Friendly, professional, and presentable
- Self-motivated and responsible
- Good computer skills
- Fluent Arabic
- Basic to good English
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Previous experience dealing with customers in a showroom or retail environment is preferred
