الوصف الوظيفي

Welcome customers and understand their tire and battery requirements
Recommend the appropriate tires and batteries based on the customer’s vehicle and needs
Explain product specifications, prices, warranties, and benefits
Sell tires, batteries, and related automotive products
Achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets
Follow up with customers and maintain good customer relationships
Prepare quotations and sales invoices
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally
Maintain accurate sales and customer records
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the shop team
Help maintain an organized and professional showroom
Stay updated on tire and battery products, sizes, specifications, and brands
Identify opportunities to increase sales and promote additional products or services
Ensure customers receive excellent service throughout the sales process

المتطلبات والشروط

Previous sales or retail experience is preferred
Experience in a tires, batteries, automotive, or spare parts business is an advantage
Good knowledge of different tire sizes and battery types is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
Good negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
Friendly, professional, and presentable
Self-motivated and responsible
Good computer skills
Fluent Arabic
Basic to good English
Ability to work as part of a team
Previous experience dealing with customers in a showroom or retail environment is preferred
