Job Description
- Manage the implementation and administration of compensation, benefits, and recognition programs in alignment with SAVOLA's policies and business objectives.
- Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analyses to support competitive and cost-effective total rewards practices.
- Manage the annual compensation review cycle, including salary adjustments, merit increases, bonus programs, and incentive administration.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, ensuring effective administration, employee awareness, and timely resolution of related issues.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Finance, and line managers to support talent attraction, retention, and employee engagement through effective total rewards programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies related to compensation and benefits.
- Analyze compensation and benefits data, prepare reports and recommendations, and provide insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate and manage relationships with benefits providers and external vendors to ensure quality service and cost efficiency.
- Continuously review and enhance total rewards programs based on employee feedback, business requirements, market trends, and best practices.
- Support the development and communication of total rewards policies, guidelines, and employee awareness initiatives to promote understanding and engagement.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in Total Rewards, including compensation, benefits, and payroll management, within a leading organization, preferably in the FMCG or consumer goods industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing compensation and benefits programs for medium to large organizations.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements related to compensation and benefits.
- Experience with HRIS and compensation management systems.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
