Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.MBA is a plus.3 - 7 years of experience in trade marketing, category operations or sales within consumer goods and appliances industries.Strong expertise in shopper insights, promotional planning and trade execution.Experience in budget management, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics tools.Expertise in digital trade marketing, omnichannel strategies, and AI-driven shopper insights.Advanced knowledge of retail analytics, supply chain coordination, and consumer behavior analysis.Proficiency in excel and reporting tools.
