Job Description
- Act as a liaison with existing and potential customers, providing accurate information about our travel packages and effectively converting inquiries and calls into sales .
- Follow up with customers on quotations and inquiries ,understand their travel needs ,and convert leads into confirmed bookings .
- Manage a large amount of incoming and follow-up calls in a timely manner.
- Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints or refunds.
- Follow up on payments & handling related paperwork (visa/tickets/receipts)
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least Two years experience as a Travel Agent or Travel Sales Representative .
- Excellent communication (verbal/nonverbal), persuasion , negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
- Strong problem-solving and decision -making abilities.
- Strong phone communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and follow up effectively.
- Good sales skills with a proven ability to convert inquiries into bookings .
- Ability to learn and effectively use the company'sCRM systemto maintain accurate customer records and process customer accounts and documents.
- Preferably Nasr City or nearby residents.
- Personal travel experience will be considered an advantage
