Job Description
- Manage product listings, categories, pricing, descriptions, high-resolution imagery, and inventory levels across the website.
- Plan and execute digital visual merchandising strategies to highlight best-sellers, new arrivals, and seasonal campaigns.
- Align online product availability with retail store inventories to ensure accurate stock representations.
- Ensure seamless navigation, functional checkout processes, site speed monitorization, and flawless user journeys across desktop and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with external software vendors/technical agencies to log bugs, request platform enhancements, and track issue resolutions.
- Perform regular quality assurance (QA) audits across all web pages and promotion codes.
- Ensure the website’s response is smooth, rapid, downloadable and user friendly.
- Work closely with Marketing and Commercial teams to align online sales campaigns with in-store promotional calendars (e.g., seasonal launches, major sales events).
- Coordinate the setup of online exclusive discounts, coupons, and loyalty program integration.
- Monitor key e-commerce metrics (e.g., traffic, conversion rate, average order value, bounce rate, cart abandonment rate).
- Analyze customer browsing behavior to identify drop-off points and implement Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives.
- Generate weekly and monthly operational and sales performance reports for senior leadership.
- Partner with supply chain and fulfillment teams to ensure timely order dispatch and clear shipping updates.
- Work with the customer service team to address web-related customer friction points, complaints, and feedback promptly.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience:6–10 years of experience managing e-commerce websites or digital store operations(Apparel / Retail fashion background in Egypt is highly preferred).
- Platform Familiarity:Hands-on experience operating major e-commerce CMS platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento/Adobe Commerce, WooCommerce, or custom CMS dashboards) from an admin/user perspective (no coding required).
- Skills & Tools:Proficiency withGoogle Analytics (GA4)and website performance tracking.Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and online customer purchasing behavior.Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO basics, standard promo tracking) to align with performance teams.
