About DAZUDAZU is building the region's first fully connected financial ecosystem for businesses and consumers.DAZU Business is our next-generation financial operating system for small and medium-sized businesses, bringing together banking, payments, accounting, treasury, cash flow, approvals, and financial insights into a single platform.We're looking for a highly motivated Account Executive – DAZU Business (SME) to help us grow our customer base across Egypt by working with ambitious small and medium-sized businesses.This is an opportunity to join an ambitious, high-growth technology company where you'll help businesses modernize how they manage their finances.Role OverviewAs an Account Executive – DAZU Business (SME), you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities with small and medium-sized businesses.You'll own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through product demonstrations, commercial negotiations, and contract signing—while building long-term relationships with business owners and finance decision-makers.This is a consultative B2B SaaS sales role that combines business development, relationship management, and solution selling.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness DevelopmentIdentify and prospect SMEs across a wide range of industries.Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.Generate leads through outbound outreach, referrals, networking events, and strategic partnerships.Research target markets and identify new business opportunities.Sales ExecutionConduct discovery meetings to understand customer needs and pain points.Deliver engaging product demonstrations of DAZU Business.Prepare commercial proposals and pricing.Negotiate contracts and close new business.Maintain accurate sales activities and forecasts within the CRM.Relationship ManagementBuild trusted relationships with business owners, finance managers, accountants, and key decision-makers.Position DAZU as a strategic technology partner for financial management.Work closely with the implementation and customer success teams to ensure successful customer onboarding.Market IntelligenceMonitor competitor activity and market trends.Gather customer feedback to help shape future product development.Represent DAZU at exhibitions, networking events, and business conferences.

RequirementsEssential2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS sales, FinTech, or business development.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.Strong relationship-building abilities.Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills.Experience using CRM systems.Fluent in both English and Arabic.PreferredExperience selling SaaS, ERP, CRM, accounting, banking, HR, payroll, or financial software.Experience working with SMEs or business owners.Existing network within the Egyptian SME community.Understanding of business finance, accounting, or banking.What We're Looking ForWe're looking for someone who is:Commercially driven and target-oriented.Passionate about technology and helping businesses grow.Confident presenting software solutions to business owners and finance teams.Self-motivated and proactive.Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Eager to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment.
