Proven hands-on experience in both Accounting & Inventory/Store Management (Mandatory)Strong understanding of inventory cycle & documentation (receiving, issuing, stocktaking)Experience in journal entries, financial records, and reportingAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting softwareHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to reconcile inventory with financial recordsPreferably with experience in construction, networking, or security systems companies

Manage all store operations (inbound, outbound, stock control)Monitor inventory levels and prepare periodic reportsRecord financial transactions related to inventoryReview invoices and supporting documents for accuracyCoordinate with different departments to ensure smooth operations
