Working as an Admin in a Clinic in Mivida, New Cairopart time job (3 days per week only)Saturday Morning Monday & Wednesday Evening

Patient Experience & Front DeskWelcome patients in a professional and friendly mannerHandle patient inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, social media messages)Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
2.
Administrative DutiesMaintain and update patient records accuratelyHandle paymentsPrepare daily reports (appointments, revenue, attendance)
3.
Clinic OperationsEnsure smooth workflow inside the clinicManage waiting area and patient flow efficientlyFollow up with patients for appointments and programsHandle basic problem-solving and patient concerns
4.
Sales & CommunicationExplain clinic services and programs clearly to patientsSupport conversions (inquiries → bookings)Promote offers and packages when appropriate
5.
General SupportEnsure clinic environment is organized and presentable
Previous experience in clinics or customer service (preferred)Located in or near to New Cairo (preferred)Strong communication & interpersonal skillsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to multitaskBasic computer skills (Excel, booking systems)Professional appearance and attitudeFriendly who can meet patients with a smile
