Architect & Civil & Interior Designer Engineer

Prepare execution drawings and basic design plans.Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis.Coordinate between different disciplines to ensure smooth project delivery.Manage project documents and reports.Analyze and follow up on project progress and deadlines.Participate in conceptual studies, massing, and spatial planning.Support BIM workflows and clash detection if required.Prepare presentations and reports using design software.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Minimum 5 years of professional experience in design, planning, or project execution.Proficiency in the following software tools:AutoCAD, Revit, NavisworksRhino / SketchUpAdobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, PDF)Excel, Primavera P6 / MS ProjectGIS (ArcGIS / QGIS) – preferredKnowledge of BIM workflows is a plus.Preparation of interior designs (Concept Design, Mood Boards, 3D Visuals)Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
