The company operates its own manufacturing facility, BRAND for Pharmaceutical Industries, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation.

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Art Director to lead the visual direction of SEMAK Egypt's brands across digital, social media, e-commerce, packaging, and offline marketing channels.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining brand consistency, developing compelling visual concepts, and managing the creative design team to deliver high-quality marketing assets that drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:Creative LeadershipDevelop and oversee the visual identity of all company brands.Create and maintain brand guidelines, visual systems, and creative standards.Lead creative brainstorming sessions and campaign concept development.Ensure consistency across all communication channels and customer touchpoints.

Design & Content ProductionDirect the creation of social media content, digital campaigns, website assets, videos, animations, and marketing materials.Oversee packaging design, product labeling, and promotional materials.Review and approve all creative outputs before publication.Ensure designs align with marketing objectives and brand positioning.

Team ManagementLead, mentor, and manage graphic designers, motion designers, and creative freelancers/agencies.Allocate resources and manage creative workflows to ensure timely delivery.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

CollaborationWork closely with Marketing, Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Product Management, and Sales teams.Coordinate with external agencies, production houses, photographers, videographers, and printers.Translate marketing briefs into compelling creative solutions.

Innovation & TrendsStay updated with industry trends, design innovations, AI creative tools, and emerging digital platforms.Introduce new creative approaches to improve brand visibility and engagement.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Marketing, or a related field.7+ years of experience in creative design, with at least 3 years in an Art Director or Senior Designer role.

• Experience in FMCG, Cosmetics, Consumer Healthcare, Beauty, or Pharmaceutical industries is preferred.

Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).Strong knowledge of After Effects, Premiere Pro, and motion graphics.Experience with Figma and modern design tools.Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is a plus.Strong understanding of social media platforms, e-commerce visuals, and digital advertising requirements.Understanding of printing specifications and packaging production processes.
