Tailor is looking for a professional and motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate communication with branch staff.Execute the General Manager’s daily instructions.Oversee, monitor, and report on daily operations.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Supervise and manage a team of 6–12 employees to ensure proper performance.Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.Ensure that store policies and procedures are followed.Handle cash flow and receipts accurately.Coordinate daily customer service operations (sales, orders, payments).Implement company policies in-store and prepare daily reports for administration.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Retail Assistant Manager or similar position.Presentable and professional appearance.Maximum age: 36 years old.Good command of English and computer skills.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Problem-solving mindset and ability to work under pressure.
