Greet customers at the showroom and understand their needs and requirements.
Provide a professional and comprehensive explanation of vehicle specifications, features, and prices.
Recommend the most suitable vehicle for the customer based on their needs and budget.
Manage the sales process and achieve monthly sales targets.
Follow up with potential customers and convert them into actual sales.
Conduct regular follow-ups with customers via phone and various communication channels.
Build an up-to-date customer database and track the progress of each sales opportunity.
Negotiate professionally with customers to achieve the best possible outcome for both the company and the customer.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Monitor offers, prices, available models, and competitors in the market.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth sales and delivery procedures.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain standards of professional appearance and conduct.
Prepare periodic reports on sales, customers, and sales opportunities.

المتطلبات والشروط

Relevant university degree.
At least two years of experience in the automotive sector.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Ability to build strong and lasting relationships with clients.
Ability to work hard, as part of a team, and under pressure when necessary, while maintaining deadlines.
Polite demeanor, professional appearance, and strong presence.
Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Good command of English is an asset.

Work Schedule: 9-hour shifts with one day off per week
