Branch Manager (Radiology & Laboratories)

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the branch.Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the branch team.Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.Monitor the quality of services provided to patients and ensure customer satisfaction.Follow up on branch performance and achieve operational targets.Handle customer complaints and ensure effective solutions.Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow.Prepare and submit periodic reports regarding branch performance.Manage branch resources, supplies, and operational requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Dentistry, Science, Veterinary Medicine, or any related medical field.Minimum 3 years of experience in branch management, preferably in radiology centers or medical laboratories.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work under pressure and make effective decisions.Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
