• Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
• Conduct market research and identify potential clients and trends
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and client pitches
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
• 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field (agency experience is a strong plus)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Ability to understand client needs and translate them into business opportunities
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-drivenNice to Have
