Business Development Coordinator

Engineered Alchemy is a boutique engineering studio working with international game studios and technology companies.

We specialise in complex engineering support, porting, optimisation, and technical problem‑solving for teams across the US and Western Europe.We are expanding our Cairo operation and seeking a technically-curious Business Development Coordinator to support outbound growth.

You will be responsible for personalised outreach, lead research, pipeline building, and booking qualified meetings with engineering and production leaders in US/EU markets.

Key responsibilities include:Outbound outreach via personalised email and LinkedIn messagingLead research into target studios, technologies, platforms, and engineering needsPipeline building and qualification of potential clientsMeeting booking for the founder and engineering leadershipCRM management including follow‑ups and structured sequencesLinkedIn engagement with relevant engineering leadersMarket intelligence tracking industry news, game releases, and studio expansionsCollaboration with founder to refine messaging and ICPLocation & Work Model: We are currently evaluating our office location (likely Maadi or New Cairo).

This is a hybrid role with regular in‑office days, especially when the founder is in Cairo and as local operations expand.

Experience: 3–7 years in Business Development, SDR, Sales Operations, Marketing, or client‑facing rolesCareer Level: ExperiencedExcellent English — written and spoken, Western‑facing toneStrong writing skills — clear, concise, personalised outreachConfident communication with senior engineering stakeholdersResearch ability — analysing companies, products, and technologiesCRM proficiency (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, or similar)LinkedIn outreach experience preferredTech‑curious — interest in games, engineering, or software developmentOrganised — strong attention to detail and structured workflowComfortable with Western business cultureStrong interest in how engineers think, work, and solve problems — ability to understand technical constraints and communicate with technical buyers.Genuine interest in the games industry and how games are made — curiosity about engines, platforms, porting, optimization, and development workflows.Ability to work hybrid with regular in‑office days in Maadi or New Cairo
