Position Overview We are seeking a highly driven and commercially focused Business Development Manager to lead revenue growth, client acquisition, and strategic relationship development across the region.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing high-value projects, managing key client relationships, and ensuring long-term account growth and retention.
This role requires a strong balance between commercial performance, relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational coordination.
The successful candidate must be capable of building trust with clients, understanding business objectives, and positioning Expo Studios as a long-term strategic partner rather than a one-time service provider.
5–7 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management Previous experience in Events, Exhibitions, Experiential Marketing, or Creative Agencies is highly preferred Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition, and achieving revenue targets Experience managing corporate clients and strategic accounts Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills Gulf market experience is a strong advantage Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently Familiarity with CRM systems, AI tools, and modern lead generation methods is a plus Professional and client-facing profile Fluent English & Arabic languages is a must.
