Business Development Manager

Tabarak Contracting Company is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive business growth and expand our presence in the Infrastructure, Water & Wastewater, Utilities, and EPC sectors.

Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop new business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and government entities.Monitor market trends and upcoming projects.Coordinate with Tendering, Technical Office, and Procurement teams during the bidding process.Prepare business development plans and achieve growth targets.Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.7+ years of experience in Business Development within the construction or infrastructure industry.Strong network within the Egyptian construction market.Proven experience in securing new projects and strategic partnerships.Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Fluency in English is required.
