Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Ensure accurate month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain the general ledger and ensure proper accounting treatment of all transactions.
Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, and bank reconciliations.
Support external auditors and facilitate annual audit requirements.
Develop and maintain product costing systems for brick and ready-mix concrete production.
Analyze raw material consumption, labor costs, overhead allocations, and production variances.
Monitor manufacturing costs and recommend cost reduction initiatives.
Review and validate standard costs and actual production costs.
Analyze profitability by product line and production unit.
Supervise inventory accounting for raw materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, spare parts, and consumables.
Ensure periodic physical inventory counts and reconciliation with accounting records.
Monitor stock movements and identify discrepancies.
Participate in preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
Monitor actual performance against budgets and analyze variances.
Prepare management reports and financial KPIs.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations, VAT requirements, payroll taxes, and withholding taxes.
Coordinate tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian Accounting Standards and internal control procedures.
Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team.
Establish and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Coordinate with operations, procurement, stores, production, and senior management.

المتطلبات والشروط

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum12-15 years of accounting experience
Minimum5 years in a Chief Accountant or Senior Accounting positionwithin Interlock or Ready mix concrete products.
Mandatory experience in:Interlock Manufacturing.Ready-Mix Concrete Plants.Cost Accounting.Inventory Control.Industrial Financial Reporting.
