Civil Planning Engineer

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project.Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project milestones.Monitor project progress and update schedules on a regular basis.Compare planned versus actual progress and identify schedule deviations.Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and S-Curves.Perform schedule variance and delay analysis and recommend corrective actions.Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment between planning and execution.Assist in resource planning, including manpower, equipment, and material requirements.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum of 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling civil construction projects.Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) is an advantage.Familiarity with construction methodologies and project life cycle.
