Civil Project Manager

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from initiation to completion.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all project activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:* Manage and supervise all phases of construction projects.

• Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues promptly.
• Review and approve project documentation, drawings, and work plans.
• Control project costs and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Lead project teams and maintain effective communication among stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery according to agreed timelines and objectives.

Qualifications & Requirements:* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

• Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and contract administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
