Civil Project Managers

Project Planning & Scheduling: Develop comprehensive work plans, timelines, and project schedules to track progress.Budgeting & Cost Control: Prepare cost estimates, manage budgets, track expenses, and negotiate contracts to prevent cost overruns.Coordination & Site Management: Coordinate with engineers, architects, subcontractors, and clients to ensure all parties are aligned.Quality & Safety Compliance: Ensure all site work complies with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Resource Allocation: Procure materials and assign personnel (laborers, mechanics) efficiently.Reporting & Documentation: Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates

Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural engineering Construction ManagementExperience: Proven experience in civil construction management or Architect , often requiring 5–10+ years.Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software (MS Project), CAD software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D), and cost estimation tools.Experience with site surveys, earthworks, and structural concrete.Knowledge of municipal regulations, permits, and procurement processes.Leadership: Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
