- Educate orthodontists and general practitioners on ALIGNA systems, protocols, and workflows.
- Provide clinical guidance during onboarding, including case design support tailored to each doctor’s treatment preferences.
- Serve as the primary clinical contact for new customers, facilitating case revisions and supporting adoption of new clinical products.
- Assist with the review of clinical records (presentations, images, radiographs, intra-oral scans) for education and marketing purposes.
- Track and monitor ALIGNA cases, revisions, refinements, and clinical outcomes, providing feedback and best-practice recommendations.
- Maintain proactive communication with internal teams (Territory Managers, Customer Service, Commercial Heads) and external partners (labs, imaging centres).
- Develop training materials and tools to help ALIGNA designers understand customer preferences and workflows.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Degree in Dentistry, Dental Surgery, or Dental Medicine is A must
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience, ideally with clear aligner treatment.
- Strong customer service and commercial mindset; experience in cross-functional and start-
- up environments is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, with the ability to influence across
- teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.
- Willingness to co-travel up to 30% (one day /Week in the Market).
- Clinical expertise and credibility.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective presentation and training delivery.
- Results-oriented with focus on KPIs and customer success.
- Collaborative team player with adaptability in dynamic environments.
