Construction Manager

Manage and supervise all construction activities at project sites from mobilization to completion.Lead site execution teams, including site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workers.Ensure that construction works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.Review project plans, drawings, method statements, and construction schedules to ensure proper execution.Coordinate with Project Managers, Technical Office, Planning, Procurement, QA/QC, and HSE teams to ensure smooth project delivery.Monitor daily progress and ensure project milestones are achieved according to the approved schedule.Manage subcontractors’ activities, evaluate their performance, and ensure compliance with project requirements.Ensure effective allocation and utilization of manpower, materials, equipment, and resources.Identify construction challenges and provide practical solutions to avoid delays.Monitor productivity and performance of site teams and implement improvement actions when required.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements on site.Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with specifications.Review and approve construction work methods and ensure proper implementation.Coordinate with consultants and clients regarding site activities, inspections, and approvals.Support cost control activities by monitoring resources, variations, and potential risks.Ensure proper handover of completed works according to project requirements.Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including achievements, issues, and action plans.Lead coordination meetings with site teams, subcontractors, and relevant stakeholders.Promote a culture of teamwork, safety, quality, and continuous improvement

achelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.Minimum 10+ years of experience in construction management and site execution.Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.Strong experience in repetitive construction projects such as:ResortsVillasResidential compoundsRepetitive buildingsChaletsExcellent knowledge of construction methods, project execution, and site management.Strong leadership and team management skills.Ability to manage multiple activities and meet project deadlines.Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:Experience in high-end residential and hospitality projects.Experience working with consultants, subcontractors, and major contractors.Experience managing large construction teams.
