Team Leadership: Managing and coordinating construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure efficient project execution.

Quality Control: Monitoring construction progress to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues that may arise during construction.

Safety Compliance: Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on the construction site.

7.

Client Communication: Liaising with clients, architects and engineers to provide project updates and address any concerns.

Problem Solving: Resolving conflicts, addressing unforeseen challenges, and making quick decisions to keep the project on track.

9.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, including progress reports, change orders, and project documentation.

Proven working experience in construction management, infrastructure projects is a preference.Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methodsExpert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standardsUnderstanding of all facets of the construction processFamiliarity with construction management software packagesAbility to plan and see the “big picture”Competent in conflict and crisis managementLeadership and human resources management skillsExcellent time and project management skillsBS degree in construction management civil, architecture, engineering or related field
