Construction Manager

Manage daily construction activities across assigned projects.Ensure execution in line with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.Coordinate with Technical Office, Planning, Procurement, and QS teams.Monitor project progress and take corrective actions when required.Lead site engineers, foremen, and supervisors.Manage subcontractors and ensure compliance with scope, schedule, and quality.Conduct regular site meetings and progress reviews.Monitor project costs, productivity, and resource utilization.Review material usage, subcontractor work, and variations.Support budget control and reporting to senior management.Ensure implementation of quality control plans and inspection procedures.Enforce HSE standards and company safety policies on site.Ensure compliance with local construction codes and regulations.Prepare and submit regular progress, manpower, and cost reports.Identify risks, constraints, and mitigation actions.Represent the company in meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.6+ years of experience in construction management roles.Strong background in road construction, infrastructure, earthworks, concrete works, and landscape projects.Proven experience managing large teams and multiple subcontractors.Solid knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and project controls.
