Construction Project & Planning Manager

Job Title: Project Planning & Operations ManagerUniform Architects is hiring a Project Planning & Operations Manager to manage Construction project schedules & Techincal and design departments schedule, resource allocation, delivery timelines, and team productivity.The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and maintaining company-wide project schedules, setting realistic handover dates, monitoring team efficiency, and ensuring all design and technical deliverables are completed on time.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the company master schedule.Create detailed project timelines for interior design, technical drawings, BIM,and site support.Define realistic project handover dates based on team capacity and workload.Monitor planned vs actual progress for all active projects.Allocate resources across design and technical teams.Track employee workload, productivity, and task completion.Identify delays, bottlenecks, and resource conflicts.Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for management.Support management in forecasting capacity for new projects.Improve internal planning systems, workflows, and reporting templates.Main KPIsOn-time delivery of project milestonesSchedule accuracyResource utilizationTeam productivityPlanned vs actual progressReduction of delayed tasksForecast accuracy for handover dates

RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or operations management.Strong understanding of design and technical drawing workflows.Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project and Excel.Primavera P6, Power BI, or project management software experience is a plus.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.Excellent communication and coordination skills.Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.Preferred ExperienceConstruction site planning
