- Create episodic stories designed to encourage viewers to watch the next episode.
- Develop character profiles, story arcs, and episode outlines.
- Adapt trending topics and popular storytelling formats into original content.
- Collaborate with directors, actors, videographers, and editors throughout production.
- Ensure scripts are suitable for short-form platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other digital platforms.
- Continuously research audience preferences, viral trends, and successful micro-drama formats.
- Review content performance and use audience insights to improve future stories.
- Maintain consistency in tone, characters, storylines, and brand identity across a series.
المتطلبات والشروط
- Proven experience in micro drama, short drama, web series, or short-form video storytelling is required.
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Excellent understanding of character development, dialogue, pacing, and dramatic structure.
- Ability to create compelling stories within short time limits.
- Strong understanding of social media and short-form content trends.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop fresh and original story ideas.
- Experience working with production and creative teams.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple scripts/projects.
- A portfolio of previousmicro-drama or short-form scripted contentis highly preferred.
