Copywriter (CRM & Product Content)

Employment: Full-time (remote)Location: Remote — Egypt

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for a bilingual Copywriter, based remotely in Egypt, to own our CRM and product content in both Arabic and English.

Your main focus will be writing engaging lifecycle and retention copy for our CRM channels and crafting clear, persuasive product titles and descriptions across our app and website، while also supporting social media content and wider marketing copy as needed.

You'll help shape the Florose voice at the exact moments customers decide to buy or come back — turning flowers, gifts, and occasions into words that convert and delight in both languages.

Write CRM content across push notifications, email, SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messages for onboarding, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, occasions, and promotions.
Create clear, persuasive, SEO-aware product titles and descriptions for the app and website, in both Arabic and English.
Support social media content، captions, ad copy, and campaign messaging across platforms in both languages.
Contribute to broader marketing copy as needed, such as landing pages, banners, blog/SEO content, and promotional materials.
Adapt tone and messaging for each channel, occasion, and audience while keeping a consistent brand voice in both languages.
Translate copy between Arabic and English، not literal translation, but natural, culturally relevant adaptation.
Write campaign and promotional copy tied to seasonal peaks, occasions, and CRM journeys.
Maintain consistency across product catalogue naming, descriptions, and categories.
Collaborate with the CRM specialist, social/content team, designers, and marketing team to align copy with journeys and creative.
Ensure all copy is accurate, polished, on-brand, and error-free in both languages.
3+ years of copywriting experience, with a focus on CRM/lifecycle content and/or product/e-commerce copy
Native-level Arabic and strong professional English able to write and translate fluently in both
A portfolio showing CRM/marketing copy and product descriptions, ideally with social media and campaign samples too
Experience writing short-form, conversion-focused copy (notifications, subject lines, product titles, captions)
Understanding of tone, personalization, and how copy drives engagement and sales
Detail-oriented, with excellent grammar and editing skills in both languages
Based in Egypt and able to work full-time remotely, with reliable communication
Experience writing for e-commerce, retail, gifting, or lifestyle/luxury brands.
Familiarity with CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, Braze, or similar) and how copy fits into journeys.
Familiarity with social platforms and social-first copywriting trends.
Basic SEO knowledge for product titles, descriptions, and content.
Experience with occasion-based or gifting content (e.g., weddings, celebrations, seasonal campaigns)
